FALUN DAFA

Truthfulness - Compassion - Forbearance

Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, is an ancient        Chinese spiritual discipline. The moral teaching is            based on the universal principles of Truthfulness  (Zhen), Compassion (Shan), and Forbearance (Ren).

Zhuan Falun is the main book of Falun Gong, containing the complete teachings of the practice. The book has been translated into over 50 languages and is free to download at www.Falundafa.org.

MIND AND BODY IN ONE

The ancients believed that through an orthodox spiritual practice like Falun Gong, one can transcend ordinary existence when his mind and body state reach the standard of higher realms in the universe.

THE 5 EXERCISES

Falun Gong's five gentle exercises including meditation can help to open energy channels, boost energy levels, and harmonize the body effectively. They are easy to learn for people of all ages. You can practice alone or outdoors in a park with others. There are practice sites in hundreds of cities around the world.
